Rajasthan Government, under its Mukhyamantri Nari Shakti Prashikshan Evam Kaushal Samvardhan Yojana will provide free of cost computer-based skill training in Basic Computer, Financial Accounting and Spoken and Personality Development Courses.

Introduction of Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Nari Shakti Prashikshan Evam Kaushal Samvardhan Yojana: A Brief Insight

• Mukhyamantri Nari Shakti Prashikshan Evam Kaushal Samvardhan Yojana (मुख्यमंत्री नारी शक्ति प्रशिक्षण एवं कौशल संवर्धन योजना) is one of the major welfare scheme of the Rajasthan Government.
• Earlier, this scheme’s name was “Indira Mahila Shakti Prashikshan Evam Kaushal Samvardhan Yojana”.
• In the year 2023, when the BJP Government their government in Rajasthan, lots of scheme names is changed and this scheme is one of them.
• The main objective of the government behind starting this scheme is to empower girls and women of Rajasthan by providing them free computer-based skill training for employment, self-reliance and digital literacy.
• Women and Child Development Department of the Rajasthan Government is implementing Mukhyamantri Nari Shakti Prashikshan Evam Kaushal Samvardhan Yojana in the State in collaboration with Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited. (RKCL)
• Government will provide 3 type of computer-based skill training courses to eligible girls and women beneficiaries under Mukhyamantri Nari Shakti Prashikshan Evam Kaushal Samvardhan Yojana.
• First Course is “Rajasthan State Certificate Course in Information and Technology” (RS-CIT) in which 132 hours of training is provided.
• In this course, beneficiaries can learn some basic computer knowledge, such as how to operate a computer, Microsoft Office, Use of Mobile Devices and cybersecurity.
• The second course available in this scheme is “Rajasthan State Certificate in Financial Accounting” (RS-CFA) in which GST and Tally-based Financial Accounting Training will be provided to girls and women beneficiaries.
• The third and the last course is “Rajasthan State Certificate in Spoken English and Personality Development” in which Personality Development Training and Classes on Spoken English will be provided.
• By taking any one of the above-mentioned courses, the girl and women beneficiaries of Rajasthan become digitally literate, gains professional knowledge of computer, finance and communication, which can improve their chance of employment and social empowerment.
• Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited will also provide a Certificate of Course Completion for future reference.
• The minimum educational qualification required is Class 10th Passed and the age of the applicant should be 16 years or more in order to avail the benefit of Chief Minister Nari Shakti Prashikshan Evam Kaushal Samvardhan Scheme of the Government of Rajasthan.
• Eligible Girl and Women Beneficiaries can apply for this Skill Development Training Scheme of Rajasthan through the Online Portal, E Mitra Kendra or Information and Technology Gyan Kendra. (IT Gyan Kendra)
• Application is live and the last date to apply for the Rajasthan Government’s Mukhyamantri Nari Shakti Prashikshan Evam Kaushal Samvardhan Yojana is 31-08-2025.
• Interested Applicants can also apply for the Mukhyamantri Work From Home Job Work Yojana of the Government of Rajasthan.

Benefits Provided to Eligible Beneficiaries

• Government of Rajasthan under its Mukhyamantri Nari Shakti Prashikshan Evam Kaushal Samvardhan Yojana, will provide the following benefits to all eligible girls and women of the State :-
  

  For the RS-CIT Course
  Free Basic Computer Course Training. Course Duration is 132 Hours, equivalent to 3 months. Course Curriculum is :- Computer System. Cyber Security and Awareness. Uses of Information Technology. Microsoft Office. Use of Mobile Device/ Smartphone. Certificate after completion of the Course.
  For the RS-CFA Course
  GST and Tally-based Financial Accounting Training. Training Duration: 100 Hours. 2 hours per Day and 5 Days a Week. Training of Tally Prime. Taxation. MS Excel. Accounting. ERP 9 GST Enabled. A certificate will also be provided.
  For the RS-CSEP Course
  Spoken English and Personality Development Training. 100 Hours of Training. 5 Days a Week and 2 Hours per Day. Pre and Post Assessment of Students. Voice Modulation. (Listen-Record-Compare) Mock Interviews. Presentations. Group Discussions. Course Completion Certificate will be provided.

Eligibility Conditions Required to be Fulfilled

• Free of cost computer-based skill course training will be provided to only those eligible beneficiaries who fulfill the below-mentioned eligibility criteria of Mukhyamantri Nari Shakti Prashikshan Evam Kaushal Samvardhan Yojana of the Government of Rajasthan :-
  

  For the RS-CIT Course
  Permanent Residents of Rajasthan are Eligible. The Age of the Applicant should be between 16 years to 40 years. Applicant Girl or Women should have a minimum of Class 10th Passed.
  For the RS-CFA Course
  Applicant should be a Permanent Resident of Rajasthan. The Age of the Applicant should be between 16 years to 40 years. Applicant Girl or Women should have a minimum of Class 12th Passed.
  For the RS-CSEP Course
  Permanent Resident Girls and Women of Rajasthan are Eligible to Apply. The Age of the Applicant should be between 16 years to 45 years. Applicant Girl or Women should have a minimum Class 12th Passed.
  Preference will be provided to the following category applicants
  Widow. Divorcee. Destitute. Women Victims of Violence. Class 10th Passed Sathin. Graduate Passed Anganwadi Worker. Class 10th Passed from a Government School and have a Graduate Degree. Class 10th Passed from a Government School and Age is 25 years or more. Graduation Passed Applicants.

• The documents that are required as per the applicability basis at the time of applying for a free computer-based course under Mukhyamantri Nari Shakti Prashikshan Yojana of the Rajasthan Government are mentioned below :-

How Beneficiaries Can Apply to Avail the Benefit of this Scheme

• Eligible Girl and Women Applicants can apply for any computer-based skill training under Mukhyamantri Nari Shakti Prashikshan Evam Kaushal Samvardhan Yojana of the Rajasthan Government through the following ways :-
  • Online through the Portal.
  • Online through the E Mitra Centre.
  • Offline through the ITGK Centre (IT Gyan Kendra).

Through the Online Portal

• Government of Rajasthan has a dedicated online portal through which girls and women beneficiaries can apply for computer-based skilled courses under the Rajasthan Government’s Mukhyamantri Nari Shakti Prashikshan Evam Kaushal Samvardhan Yojana.
• Open the https://www.myrkcl.com/wcdnew/ and click on Start a New Application.
  
• It is mandatory to have a Jan Aadhaar Card to fill the online application form.
• Enter your Jan Aadhaar Card Number and click on Get Details.
  
• Portal will verify the Jan Aadhaar Card through OTP verification and fetch the details of the family members.
• Select the name of the family member who is interested in taking free computer skill training.
• A screen will appear in which the name of the 3 available courses, “RS-CIT”, “RS-CFA”, and “RS-CSEP” is written,
• The applicant will have to choose any one of the above-mentioned courses and click on Apply Now.
  
• Select your District and Tehsil and IT Gyan Kendra from which you want to take the training.
• Thereafter, Mukhyamantri Nari Shakti Prashikshan Evam Kaushal Samvardhan Yojana Online Application Form will appear in which the applicant girl or women beneficiary will have to fill the following details :-
  • Personal Details.
  • Address/ Location Details.
  • Qualification Details.
  • Upload Documents.
• After filling in all the details, preview the filled application form and click on “Final Lock and Submit” to submit the Application Form of Nari Shakti Prashikshan Evam Kaushal Samvardhan Yojana.
• Application Number will be generated by the portal after successful submission of the online application form.
• The submitted Application Form will be verified by the Officials of Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited and the Women and Child Development Department of Rajasthan.
• Eligible girls or Women will have to visit the selected IT Gyan Kendra to join the free computer-based training of their choice.

• Applicant can also download their Application with the help of the Application ID or with their Name, Father’s Name, and Date of Birth.
  

Through the E Mitra Centre

• Women and Girl Beneficiary Applicant can also apply for free of cost computer-based skill course training under the Rajasthan Government’s Mukhyamantri Nari Shakti Prashikshan Evam Kaushal Samvardhan Yojana by visiting their nearest E Mitra Centre.
• Go to your nearest E Mitra Centre and tell the agent that you want to apply for the Rajasthan Government’s Nari Shakti Prashikshan Evam Kaushal Samvardhan Scheme.
• E Mitra Agent will fill out the online application on your behalf and upload all the required documents in a scanned format.
• You have to carefully tell the agent to choose the IT Gyan Kendra which is nearby to your home address.
• An acknowledgement receipt will be provided to you after successful submission of the application form.
• Nari Shakti Prashikshan Evam Kaushal Samvardhan Yojana Application Form will be verified by the Officials and a list of eligible applicants will be made.
• You will be informed through SMS or Email about your selection or rejection in this computer-based skill course training of the Rajasthan Government.
• If you are selected, then visit the selected IT Gyan Kendra and take free training in computer-based skill courses.

Through the ITGK Centre

• ITGK stands for Information Technology Gyan Kendra, which runs under Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited. (RKCL)
• Applicant Girl or Women can directly visit their nearest IT Gyan Kendra and collect the application form of Mukhyamantri Nari Shakti Prashikshan Evam Kaushal Samvardhan Yojana.
• Each course has a different application form, so collect the correct application form.
• Fill the application form without making any mistakes and attach all the required documents with it.
• Submit the filled Application Form of Nari Shakti Prashikshan Evam Kaushal Samvardhan Yojana in the same IT Gyan Kendra from where the application form was collected.
• Filled details in the application form will be verified and the selected applicant will get a chance to receive free of cost computer-based skill training.
