Introduction of Telangana Revanth Anna Ka Sahara Miskeeno Ke Liye Scheme: A Brief Insight

On 19 September 2025, Telangana’s Minister for SC, ST and Minorities Welfare, Shri Laxman Kumar, launched two major welfare schemes for minorities in the state. The first scheme, Indiramma Minority Mahila Yojana, targets women beneficiaries. The second scheme is Revanth Anna Ka Sahara Miskeeno Ke Liye Scheme, also known as “Revanth Anna Ka Sahara – Miskeen La Kosam”, which focuses on uplifting the most vulnerable Muslim communities of Telangana.

The Telangana Minorities Finance Corporation implements this scheme across the state. The core objective is straightforward individuals from Fakheer, Dudekula, and other vulnerable Muslim communities receive a one-time financial grant of Rs. 1,00,000 along with a moped (two-wheeler) to support their livelihood.

To receive the moped, applicants must hold a valid driving license. The scheme also sets an annual income limit in which rural applicants must earn less than Rs. 1,50,000 per year, while urban applicants must earn less than Rs. 2,00,000 per year. Benefits Provided to Eligible Beneficiaries

Fakheer, Dudekula and other vulnerable muslim communities’ people will receive the following benefits from the Telangana Government under the Revanth Anna Ka Sahara Miskeeno Ke Liye Scheme:
