- We all know that the Telugu Desam Party formed the Government in Andhra Pradesh by winning with a majority.
- Before 2019, TDP Government ran an unemployment allowance scheme in Andhra Pradesh when in power.
- The name of the scheme was “Nirudyoga Bruthi Scheme”.
- TDP lost the election in 2019 and that scheme was closed by the Jagan Mohan Reddy Government.
- Now in the 2024 assembly election, the Telugu Desam Party promised the youth to again start that unemployment assistance scheme in Andhra Pradesh if comes in power along with other election promises which are “Annadata Sukhibhava Scheme”, “Deepam Scheme”, “Aadabidda Nidhi Scheme”, “Chandranna Bima Scheme” .
- So, the Andhra Pradesh Nirudyoga Bruthi Scheme is going to be started very soon.
- The main aim of the Andhra Pradesh Government to start this unemployment allowance scheme is to support educated but unemployed youth and encourage them to find job for themselves without thinking about the expenses.
- This scheme is going to be known by some other names in the State after implementation which is “Andhra Pradesh Unemployment Allowance Scheme” or “Andhra Pradesh Nirudyoga Bruthi Unemployment Allowance Scheme” or “Andhra Pradesh Nirudyoga Bruthi Pathakam”.
- Government of Andhra Pradesh under the leadership of Chief Minister Sh. N Chandrababu Naidu will provide a monthly allowance to all eligible youths.

- Only educated but unemployed youth of Andhra Pradesh whose age is between 22 years to 35 years are eligible to get the monthly unemployment allowance.

Benefits Provided to Eligible Beneficiaries
- The government of Andhra Pradesh will provide the following benefits of all eligible youths under its Nirudyoga Bruthi Scheme :-
- Per Month, an Unemployment Allowance will be provided to educated youth.
- Unemployment Allowance of Rs. 3,000/- per month will be given.
Eligibility Conditions Required to be Fulfilled
- Unemployment Allowance or per month financial assistance provided under Nirudyoga Bruthi Scheme, will only be given to those youths who fulfill the following eligibility conditions :-
- The beneficiary should be a Permanent Resident of Andhra Pradesh.
- The Age of Beneficiary Youth should be between 22 years to 35 years.
- Beneficiary Youth should be Educated. (Must be a Graduate or Diploma Holder)
- Beneficiary Youth should be registered in the District Employment Exchange Office.
