Introduction of Chhattisgarh Rani Durgavati Yojana: A Brief Insight
- Rani Durgavati Yojana was announced by the Chhattisgarh Government in the Budget 2026-2027.

Benefits Provided to Eligible Beneficiaries
- Chhattisgarh Government will provide the following benefits to all eligible newborn girl children under its newly announced Rani Durgavati Yojana :-
- Monetary Assurance Certificate will be issued in the name of the Newborn Girl Child.
- Rs. 1,50,000/- will be provided to the Girl Child when she attains the age of 18 years.
- This assistance can be used to complete higher education or to bear the expenses of marriage.

Eligibility Conditions Required to be Fulfilled
- The benefit of Rs. 1,50,000/- assistance on completing the age of 18 years will be provided to only those beneficiaries who fulfil the following eligibility criteria of Rani Durgavati Yojana of the Government of Chhattisgarh :-
- Permanent Resident Applicants of Chhattisgarh are eligible to apply.
- Only a newborn girl child is Eligible for Enrollment.
- Registration under this scheme will be done at the time of birth of a girl child.
- Financial Assistance can be claimed only after the girl child attained the age of 18 years.
