Final Year Graduate Students and Post Graduate Students will now get internship opportunities in top companies and industries along with Rs. 10,000/- per month Honorarium Amount under the Haryana Government’s Mukhyamantri Yuva Kaushal Samman Yojana which is announced by the Government in Budget 2025-2026. Introduction of Mukhyamantri Yuva Kaushal Samman Yojana Haryana: A Brief Insight

• Shri Nayab Singh Saini, the Chief Minister and Finance Minister of Haryana present the state budget on 17th of March 2025 for the year 2025-2026.
• In his budget speech, he announced tons of new welfare schemes for the people of Haryana.
• Central Government has an Internship Scheme named “PM Internship Scheme” in which yearly internships will be provided to unemployed youths with monthly financial assistance.
• So with the objective to providing practical skill training and creating better employment opportunities for the youth of Haryana, the Government announced a new employment scheme.
• The name of Scheme will be “Mukhyamantri Yuva Kaushal Samman Yojana”.
• There might be a possibility that this scheme will be going to launch from the year 2025-2026.
• The government of Haryana will now select youths across the State and provide them with Internship Opportunities in top Companies and Industries.
• With the help of Mukhyamantri Yuva Kaushal Samman Yojana, selected youths can get real-time practical skill training which can directly help them during their employment term.
• The government will select 2000 final-year Graduate Students and Postgraduate Students and provide them internships in skill training according to their interest under the Mukhyamantri Yuva Kaushal Samman Yojana.
• Selected Interns Youth will also get monthly honararium amount of Rs. 10,000/- per month under Haryana Government’s Mukhyamantri Yuva Kaushal Samman Yojana.
• Only Final Year Graduate Students and Post Graduate Students are eligible for internship under this scheme.
• As of now, this scheme is just an announcement and only this much information is available.
• Official guidelines will be drafted by concerned department in the coming days and presented it to cabinet for approval.
• This scheme will be known by some other popular names after its launch which are “Mukhyamantri Yuva Kaushal Samman Scheme Haryana” or “Chief Minister Yuva Kaushal Samman Scheme Haryana” or “Chief Minister Yuva Kaushal Samman Yojan Haryana” or “हरियाणा मुख्यमंत्री युवा कौशल सम्मान योजना”.

Benefits Provided to Eligible Beneficiaries

• Government of Haryana will provide the following benefits to all eligible students under its newly announced Mukhyamantri Yuva Kaushal Samman Yojana :-
  • Students will be Selected for Internship Opportunities.
  • Internships will be provided in Top Industries and Companies.
  • Honorarium Amount of Rs. 10,000/- per Month will also provided to selected Interns.
  • Certificate of Completion will also Provided.
  • 2,000 Students will be Selected for Internship.

Eligibility Conditions Required to be Fulfilled

• Internship Opportunity with a monthly honorarium amount of Rs. 10,000/- per month will be provided by the Haryana Government to only those youths who fulfill the below-mentioned eligibility criteria of Mukhyamantri Yuva Kaushal Samman Yojana :-
  • Beneficiary Youth should be a Permanent Resident of Haryana.
  • Beneficiary Youth should be in the Final Year of Graduation.
  • Post Graduate Students are also Eligible to Apply.
  • Youth should be currently studying in any College/ University within the State of Haryana.
  • The remaining Eligibility Conditions will be released after its launch.

Documents Required to be Attached

• Beneficiary Youth will have to attach the following documents with the Mukhyamantri Yuva Kaushal Samman Yojana Application Form at the time of applying for internship :-
  • Domicile or Any Residence Proof of Haryana.
  • Parivar Pehchaan Patra.
  • Aadhaar Card of Beneficiary Youth.
  • Mobile Number.
  • Bank Account Number with IFSC Code.
  • Educational Documents.

How Beneficiaries Can Avail the Benefit of this Scheme

• Haryana Government’s Chief Minister and Finance Minister Shri Nayab Singh Saini announced the Mukhyamantri Yuva Kaushal Samman Yojana for youths of the State.
• Internship Opportunities in reputed companies and industries will be created for youths under this scheme.
• This is just a budget announcement right now.
• The concerned department will soon draft the guidelines of the Mukhyamantri Yuva Kaushal Samman Yojana.
• It will then be put in front of the cabinet for approval.
• This scheme will be implemented in the whole of Haryana after the cabinet gives its approval to launch it.
• It depends totally on the concerned department to accept applications under this scheme through an Offline Application Form or Online Application Form.
• Because of digitalization, it is to be expected that the Haryana Government might launch the Official Website of Mukhyamantri Yuva Kaushal Samman Yojana to accept applications online from eligible youths.
• So beneficiary youth will have to wait a little longer in order to apply for internships in reputed companies under the Mukhyamantri Yuva Kaushal Samman Yojana of the Haryana Government.
