Introduction of Rajasthan CM Anuprati Coaching Scheme: A Brief Insight
- Rajasthan Government launched the Chief Minister Anuprati Coaching Scheme also known as CM Anuprati Coaching Scheme, in the year 2021-2022.
- The main objective of the government behind starting this scheme is to provide the best possible support to those students who are preparing for competitive examinations.
- CM Anuprati Coaching Scheme is implemented by the Social Justice and Empowerment Department with the help of Tribal Area Development Department, the Directorate of Specially Abled Persons and the Minority Affairs Department.
- The government of Rajasthan will now facilitate students to take world-class coaching for competitive examinations under the CM Anuprati Free Coaching Scheme.
- Benefits of free coaching through the best coaching institutes under Anuprati Coaching Yojana is only available for students belonging to ST, SC, OBC, MBC, EWS, Minority and Specially Abled Category.
- If any student’s family annual income is more than Rs. 8 lakh per year then they are not eligible to apply for free coaching under this scheme.
- Coaching provided to students under Mukhyamantri Anuprati Coaching Yojana of the Rajasthan Government is completely free of cost, no coaching fees will be charged from beneficiary students.
- Rajasthan Government will directly pay the coaching fees to coaching institutes.
- Selection of Students under the CM Anuprati Coaching Scheme is completely on a merit basis, merit will be prepared on the marks obtained by students in their Class 10th and Class 12th examinations.
- Along with free coaching, an additional assistance of Rs. 40,000/- as accommodation and food allowance will also be provided under CM Anuprati Coaching Scheme to those students who leave their address to take coaching in another city/ state.
- Allowance under this scheme will be provided directly in the bank account of beneficiary students.
- Students have two ways to apply for the Chief Minister Anuprati Scheme of the Rajasthan Government.
- First is through the Rajasthan SSO Portal and the other one is through the E Mitra Centre.
- Application is live, and eligible students can apply for Rajasthan CM Anuprati Coaching Scheme from 15th of August 20025.
- The last date to apply for the CM Anuprati Coaching Scheme is 14th of September 2025.
- Students as per their eligibility, can also avail the benefit of the Free Laptop Distribution Scheme and Kalpana Chawla Scooty Vitran Yojana of the Rajasthan Government.

- The following competitive examinations are eligible for free coaching under the Government of Rajasthan’s CM Anuprati Coaching Scheme :-
- UPSC’s Civil Services.
- RSS Examination by RPSC.
- Exams conducted by RSSSC.
- Sub Inspector Exam conducted by RPSC.
- REET Exam.
- Patwari, Junior Assistant etc. Exams.
- Constable Examination.
- Banking and Insurance Company Exams.
- Exams conducted by RRB.
- CDS by UPSC.
- Exams conducted by SSC.
- Entrance Examination of Engineering and Medical.
- CLAT Examination.
- CA FC + CUET.
- CS EET + CUET.
Benefits Provided to Eligible Beneficiaries
- Rajasthan Government, under its CM Anuprati Coaching Schem,e will provide the following benefits to all eligible students :-
- Selected Students will receive free coaching for the competitive examination.
- Students don’t have a need to pay any coaching fees.
- Coaching Fees to Coaching Centres will be paid by the Rajasthan Government directly.
- Additional Assistance of Rs. 40,000/- will also be provided to students as an allowance for house and food.
- Assistance of Rs. 40,000/- will be provided to only those students who leave their homes and take coaching in another city.
Eligibility Conditions Required to be Fulfilled
- The benefits of free coaching for competitive examination will be provided to only those eligible students who fulfill the following eligibility criteria of the CM Anuprati Coaching Scheme of the Government of Rajasthan :-
- Permanent Resident Students of Rajasthan are Eligible to Apply.
- The Annual Family Income of the Student should be below Rs. 8 Lakh per Year.
- Beneficiary Students who belong to any one of the following categories are eligible for free coaching :-
- Scheduled Caste.
- Scheduled Tribe.
- Other Backward Class.
- Most Backward Class.
- Economically Weaker Class.
- Minority Community.
- Specially Abled Person.
- Children of Government Employees is also eligible if their Annual Income is less than Rs. 8 Lakh and fulfill any one eligibility condition :-
- Mother or Father of the Student is a State Government Employee on Pay Matrix Level-11.
- Mother or Father of the Student is a Central Government Employee on Pay Matrix Level-6.
- Students should not have taken advantage of the CM Anuprati Coaching Scheme earlier.
Documents Required to be Attached
- To avail the benefit of the free coaching under the Rajasthan Government’s CM Anuprati Coaching Scheme, beneficiary students will have to upload the following documents on the portal :-
- Jan Aadhaar Card ID.
- SSO ID.
- Family Income Certificate.
- Graduation Degree.
- Certificate of Class 10th.
- Certificate of Class 12th.
- RSCIT Computer Certificate Diploma. (If Applicable)
- Mobile Number.
- Email ID.
- Aadhaar Card of the Student.
- Certificate of Caste.
- Residence Proof of Rajasthan.
- Bank Account Number with IFSC Code.
- Recent Passport Size Color Photograph.
- Disability Certificate. (For Disabled)
How Beneficiaries Can Apply to Avail the Benefit of this Scheme
- Candidates can apply for free coaching for competitive examinations under CM Anuprati Coaching Scheme through the following ways :-
- Online through the Rajasthan SSO Portal.
- Through the E Mitra Centre.
Online through Rajasthan SSO Portal
- Eligible Students can enroll themselves under the Rajasthan Government’s CM Anuprati Coaching Scheme by applying online.
- Online Application Form of CM Anuprati Coaching Scheme is available on the Rajasthan Single Sign On (SSO) Portal.
- Visit the SSO Portal and Click on Registration.
- Students can register themselves on the SSO Portal through their Jan Aadhaar Card Number or Email ID.
- User Name and Password will be sent on the Applicant’s registered Email ID by the Portal.
- Applicant Student will have to Login with the User Name or Password.
- The student will have to search for CM Anuprati Coaching Scheme and Click on it.
- A new window will open from which the student will have to choose Anuprati Coaching Scheme and Login Type as Student, as shown below.
- An CM Anuprati Coaching Scheme Instruction will appear, read it carefully.
- Rajasthan Government’s CM Anuprati Coaching Scheme Online Application Form will appear in applicant student will have to fill in Personal Information as shown in the image below :-
- Thereafter, fill in the address information.
- The applicant will have to upload the following documents on the portal.
- Click on the Update Button to submit the profile registration form.
- Then, Go to the menu and click on Apply Scheme, and select Anuprati Coaching Scheme.
- The student has to select the exam/ course and the name of the institute from which he/ she is interested in taking coaching from.
- Click on the Final Submit Button to submit the Application Form of the Chief Minister Anuprati Coaching Scheme of the Government of Rajasthan.
- Submitted Anuprati Coaching Scheme Applications will be forwarded to the District Magistrate/ Collector for approval.
- District Collector/Magistrate will approve or reject the Anuprati Coaching Scheme Applications within 15 days.
- The list of eligible and selected students will then be forwarded to the Directorate for the preparation of merit.
- Final Merit List of the CM Anuprati Coaching Scheme will be forwarded to the Coaching Institutes for admission.
- Selected Students will have to report to the coaching institute for free coaching for competitive examinations.
- Coaching for Competitive Examination under Chief Minister Anuprati Coaching Scheme is completely free of cost, students don’t have to pay any coaching fees, all the coaching fees will be paid by the Rajasthan Government.
- Rajasthan CM Anuprati Coaching Scheme Application Status can be checked on the dashboard or on the Social Justice and Empowerment Department.
- Application under the CM Anuprati Coaching Scheme has started from 15-08-2025 and the last date to apply is 14-09-2025.
Through E Mitra Centre
- Application for free coaching under the Chief Minister Anuprati Coaching Scheme of the Rajasthan Government can also be submitted through the E-Mitra Centre.
- Beneficiary Students will have to visit their nearest E Mitra Centre with all their documents.
- The agent present at the E Mitra Centre will fill the CM Anuprati Coaching Scheme Online Application Form on behalf of the student and upload all the documents on the portal.
- An acknowledgement receipt will be provided to the student after successful submission of the application form.
- Submitted Anuprati Coaching Scheme Application Form will be forwarded to the District Collector for verification.
- Selected Student list of the CM Anuprati Coaching Scheme will then be forwarded to the Directorate for final approval.
- Selection of students in the Chief Minister Anuprati Coaching Scheme will be based on merit.
