Telangana Government under its Indiramma Minority Mahila Yojana will provide a one-time financial grant of Rs. 50,000/- to all eligible widows, divorced, destitute, orphans and unmarried women who belong to the minority community.

Introduction of Telangana Indiramma Minority Mahila Yojana: A Brief Insight

• Telangana Government launched a 2 welfare scheme for the minorities on 19-06-2025 named “Indiramma Minority Mahila Yojana” and “Revanth Anna Ka Sahara Miskeeno Ke Liye Scheme”.
• As the name suggests, this scheme is specifically started for the welfare of women beneficiaries who belong to the minority community.
• The main objective of the government behind launching this scheme is to provide financial support to minority women of the State so that they can set up a petty business for themselves and make themselves self-employed and self-reliant.
• Minorities Finance Corporation of the Telangana Government will implement this scheme in the state.
• A one-time financial grant will be provided to all eligible women under Indiramma Minority Mahila Yojana to start their own self-employment business activity.
• Beneficiary Women will receive Rs. 50,000/- financial assistance directly in their bank account under the Government of Telangana’s Indiramma Minority Mahila Yojana.
• This scheme is not for all women of Telangana State.
• Divorced, Widows, Orphans, Destitute and Single/ Spinster Women of the minority community who are in the age group of 21 years to 55 years are only eligible to receive the benefits of Indiramma Minority Mahila Yojana.
• In case of Single/ Unmarried/ Spinster Women Applicant, the age of the beneficiary should be between 45 years to 55 years.
• Interested Women Applicant who wishes to start their own business can apply for financial assistance of Rs. 50,000/- under the Government of Telangana’s Indiramma Minority Mahila Scheme.
• Online Application Form of the Indiramma Minority Mahila Scheme is available on the Online Beneficiary Management and Monitoring System of the Telangana Government.
• The last date to apply for this scheme is the 6th of October 2025.
• Beneficiary Women Applicant can also apply for another welfare scheme of the Telangana Government named “Mahalakshmi Scheme” in which multiple benefits, including monthly financial assistance, will be provided.

Benefits Provided to Eligible Beneficiaries

• Telangana Government under its Indiramma Minority Mahila Yojana will provide the following benefits to all eligible women belonging to the minority community :-
  • Financial Assistance will be provided to beneficiaries to start their self-employment business activity.
  • Each eligible beneficiary will get Rs. 50,000/- assistance to start a business.

Eligibility Conditions Required to be Fulfilled

• Financial Assistance of Rs. 50,000/- to set up a business will be provided to only those beneficiaries who fulfill the following eligibility criteria of Indiramma Minority Mahila Yojana of the Government of Telangana :-
  

  Permanent Resident Ration Card Holder Women of Telangana are Eligible to Apply. The Age of the Women applicants should be between 21 to 55 years. Women applicants should have a minimum of Class 5th Passed. Beneficiary Women Applicant should belong to any one category :- Widows. Divorcees. Orphans. Destitute. Single Women/ Unmarried/ Spinster. (Age should be between 45 and 55 years) The Annual Income of Women Applicant should be :- In Rural Areas :- Up to Rs. 1.50 Lakh per year. In Urban Areas :- Up to Rs. 2 Lakh year. Women Beneficiaries belonging to any one of the minority communities are eligible for financial assistance under this scheme :- Buddhist. Jains. Muslim. Parsis. Sikhs.

• Beneficiary Women Applicant will be required to provide the following documents as per requirement at the time of applying for financial assistance under the Telangana Government’s Indiramma Minority Mahila Yojana :-
  • Mobile Number.
  • Email ID.
  • Aadhaar Card Number of the Women Applicant.
  • Educational Qualification Documents. (If Any)
  • Aadhaar Card Number of Father.
  • Food Security Card Number.
  • Annual Income Certificate.
  • Caste Certificate. (If Any)
  • Divorcee/ Khula Certificate. (If Applicable)
  • Passport Size Photograph.
  • PAN Card.
  • MRO/ Tehsildar Certificate.
  • Bank Account Details.

How Beneficiaries Can Apply to Avail the Benefit of this Scheme

• Eligible Beneficiary Women of Telangana can apply for financial assistance of Rs. 50,000/- to set up a business under Indiramma Minority Mahila Yojana through the Online Application Form.
• Online Application Form of Indiramma Minority Mahila Yojana is available online on the Telangana Government’s Online Beneficiary Management and Monitoring System.
• Open the Online Beneficiary Management and Monitoring System and Click on “Apply Online for Indiramma Minority Mahila Yojana Registration Form”.
  
• A Registration Form of Indiramma Minority Mahila Yojana of the Telangana Government will appear on the screen in which beneficiary application women will have to fill the following details as shown in the image below.
  
• Thereafter, the Women Applicant will have to fill in the following information in the Indiramma Minority Mahila Yojana Online Application Form :-
  • Location Details.
  • Sector Details.
  • Applicant Complete Details.
  • Upload all the Documents.
• Read the Declaration and click on the submit button to submit the application form of Indiramma Minority Mahila Yojana.
• The respective officials of the Minorities Finance Corporation will verify the submitted Application Form.
• A list of Eligible and Selected Beneficiaries will be made by the officials for the disbursement of the financial assistance.
• Assistance of Rs. 50,000/- will be transferred to the bank account of the women applicant as promised by the Telangana Government under Indiramma Minority Mahila Pathakam.
• Online Application started from 19-09-2025 and the last date to apply is 06-10-2025.
