Step 1: Gather all required documents before visiting the e-Mitra Kendra – disability certificate, domicile certificate, Aadhaar card, Jan Aadhaar card, age proof, income certificate or PPO copy, enrollment certificate or employment proof, driving licence, photograph showing disability, and affidavit.
