Introduction of Maharashtra Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar Farmer Debt Waiver Scheme: A Brief Insight

• The Maharashtra government presented its budget for the year 2026-2027 on March 6, 2026.

• The Maharashtra government will provide the following benefits to the eligible farmers under the Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar Farmer Debt Waiver Scheme :-
  • Eligible farmers will get a crop loan waiver of up to Rs. 2,00,000/-.
