Rajasthan Government launched the Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Mandi Shramik Kalyan Yojana in the year 2015.

Benefits Provided to Eligible Beneficiaries

Registered and Licensed Porters, Palledars and Labourers of Agricultural Mandi of Rajasthan State will receive the following benefits under Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Mandi Shramik Kalyan Yojana :-

Obstretric Support
(Prasuti Sahayata)

A female Hammal or Palledar will get compensation for the loss of wages for 45 days.
Paternity Leave for Male Palledar or Hammal.
15 Days’ wage amount as compensation to Male Hammal/ Tulara/ Palledar.
Assistance will be applicable for two deliveries.

Marriage Assistance

Financial Assistance for Marriage to Female Palledar or Hammal. (Porter)
Rs. 75,000/- marriage assistance will be provided.
The application must be submitted 90 days before the marriage.

Medical Assistance

The government will reimburse the amount of the Medical Expenditure.
Maximum Rs. 20,000/- will be reimbursed to Licensed Hammal or Palledar.
Reimbursement will only be applicable for Grave Illness such as Cancer, Heart Attack, Liver, Kidney etc.
Hospitalization in the Government Hospital or Health Centre are Applicable.

Scholarship/ Financial Award to Students

Students whose parents are registered and licensed Hammals or Palledars at the Agricultural Mandi are eligible for a Scholarship/ Financial Award.

Eligibility Conditions Required to be Fulfilled

Wages Compensation, Financial Assistance for Marriage, Scholarship to Students, and Medical reimbursement benefits will only be provided by the Rajasthan Government to those applicants who fulfill the below-mentioned eligibility criteria of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Mandi Shramik Kalyan Yojana :-
- Licensed Porters (Hammal), Labourers, Tularas, and Palledars of Agricultural Mandi are Eligible.
- Applicant should be a Permanent Resident of Rajasthan.
- Labourers, Porters, Palledar should have a License issued by the Agricultural Market Committee.
- Children of Hammal, Mandi Labourer and Palledar are Eligible for the Scholarship.

Online Application Process through RajKisan Portal

Online Application Form of the Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Mandi Shramik Kalyan Yojana is available on the RajKisan Portal of Government of Rajasthan.
Visit the RajKisan Portal and Choose Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Mandi Shramik Kalyan Yojana.
After that choose “Click Here to Apply”.
A window will appear in which the beneficiary applicant will have to enter their Jan Aadhaar Card Number.
Jan Aadhaar Card Number will be verified by the portal through OTP authentication.
