Introduction of Telangana Revanth Anna Ka Sahara Miskeeno Ke Liye Scheme: A Brief Insight

• Telangana Government’s Minister for SC, ST and Minorities Welfare, Shri Laxman Kumar launched 2 major welfare schemes for minorities in the State on 19-06-2025.
• The first scheme is for women beneficiaries, named “Indiramma Minority Mahila Yojana,” and the Second One is for vulnerable Muslim communities, named “Revanth Anna Ka Sahara Miskeeno Ke Liye Scheme.”
• In this article, we are talking about Revanth Anna Ka Sahara Miskeeno Ke Liye Scheme, whose alternate name is “Revanth Anna ka Sahara-Miskeen la Kosam”
• The main objective of the Telangana Government behind launching this scheme is to uplift the most vulnerable muslim communities of the state by providing them with the required financial assistance.
• Telangana Government’s Minorities Finance Corporation will implement this scheme in the state.
• Under the Revanth Anna Ka Sahara Miskeeno Ke Liye Scheme, the Telangana Government will provide one-time financial assistance to people of a specific muslim community who need societal upliftment.
• Individuals belonging to Fakheer, Dudekula and any other Vulnerable Muslim Communities are eligible to receive one-time financial assistance of Rs. 1,00,000/- under the Government of Telangana’s Revanth Anna Ka Sahara Miskeeno Ke Liye Scheme.
• Apart from the one-time financial grant of Rs. 1 lakh, the beneficiary will also receive a moped (two-wheeler) under this scheme.
• It is mandatory to have a Driving License to avail the benefits of Revanth Anna Ka Sahara Miskeen La Kosam of Telangana.
• Telangana Government also sets the annual income criteria for applicants.
• Applicants who are residing in Rural Area should not have an annual income of more than Rs. 1.50 lakh per year and those applicants who are residing in Urban Area should not have an annual income of more than Rs. 2 lakh per year.
• Interested people who belong to Dudekula, Fakheer or any other Vulnerable Muslim Community can apply for one-time financial assistance of Rs. 1,00,000/- and a Moped (Two Wheeler) under the Government of Telangana’s Revanth Anna Ka Sahara Miskeeno Ke Liye Scheme.
• Online Application Form of the Revanth Anna ka Sahara Miskeen la Kosam is available on the Online Beneficiary Management and Monitoring System of the Government of Telangana.
• The application is started and the last date to apply for this scheme is the 6th of October 2025.

Benefits Provided to Eligible Beneficiaries

• Fakheer, Dudekula and other vulnerable muslim communities’ people will receive the following benefits from the Telangana Government under the Revanth Anna Ka Sahara Miskeeno Ke Liye Scheme :-
  • A one-time financial Grant will be provided.
  • Each Eligible Beneficiary will receive the assistance of Rs. 1,00,000/-.
  • Mopeds (Two-Wheeler) will also be provided to selected Applicants.

Eligibility Conditions Required to be Fulfilled

• One-time financial grant of Rs. 1,00,000/- and a moped (two-wheeler) will be provided to only those eligible applicants who meet the following eligibility criteria of Revanth Anna Ka Sahara Miskeeno Ke Liye Scheme of Telangana Government :-
  

  Applicant should be a Permanent Resident of Telangana. The Annual Income of Applicant should be :- Maximum of Rs. 1,50,000/- in Rural Area. Maximum of Rs. 2,00,000/- in Urban Area. Applicant should have a Valid Driving License. Applicant should belong to any one of the following category :- Fakheer. Dudekula. Other Vulnerable Muslim Communities.

• Applicant will have to upload the following documents on the portal at the time of applying to avail the benefits of the Government of Telangana’s Revanth Anna Ka Sahara Miskeeno Ke Liye Scheme :-
  • Photograph of the Applicant.
  • Aadhaar Card Number.
  • Meeseva Income Certificate.
  • Mobile Number.
  • Copy of Driving License.

How Beneficiaries Can Apply to Avail the Benefit of this Scheme

• People belonging to Fakheer, Dudekula or any other vulnerable muslim communities can apply for financial assistance of Rs. 1 lakh and a moped under the Revanth Anna Ka Sahara Miskeeno Ke Liye Scheme of the Telangana Government through the Online Application Form.
• Revanth Anna Ka Sahara Miskeeno Ke Liye Scheme Online Application Form on the Government of Telangana’s Online Beneficiary Management and Monitoring System.
• The applicant will have to open the Online Beneficiary Management and Monitoring System and click on “Apply Online for Registration Form of Revanth Anna Ka Sahara Miskeeno Ke Liye Scheme”.
  
• A Registration Form of Revanth Anna Ka Sahara Miskeeno Ke Liye Scheme will appear on the screen of the applicant.
• In the first step, the applicant will have to fill in the Personal Details.
  
• Fill in the Address Details of the Applicant in step 2.
  
• Attach the Photograph, Certificate of Category and Driving License Copy and preview the application form.
  
• After completing all the details, click on the submit button to submit the Online Application Form of Revanth Anna Ka Sahara Miskeeno Ke Liye Scheme of Telangana Government.
• Officials of the Minorities Finance Corporation of Telangana will verify the received Application Form and Documents.
• One-time grant of Rs. 1,00,000/- and a moped will be provided to selected beneficiaries under the Telangana Government’s Revanth Anna Ka Sahara Miskeeno Ke Liye Scheme.
• Online Application has started from 19-09-2025.
• And the last date to submit the online application is 06-10-2025.
