Uttar Pradesh Family ID – Ek Parivar Ek Pahchan Yojana : One Family, One Identity

Uttar Pradesh Family ID – Ek Parivar Ek Pahchan Yojana is the one of its kind welfare scheme of Uttar Pradesh Government. The main objective behind launching this scheme is to identify the beneficiaries and provide them a Unique Identity Card to avail the benefits of welfare schemes of Government effectively and efficiently. It was started the year 2022.

Introduction of Family ID – Ek Parivar Ek Pahchan Yojana

• Uttar Pradesh Government runs many welfare scheme for the people of Uttar Pradesh.
• Every time there is a lots of documents needed to be submit by the beneficiaries to avail the benefit of welfare scheme.
• Most of the times it may be difficult for government officials to maintain the record of beneficiary documents.
• This will lead to mismanagement and consumes lots of time to verify those documents.
• So to cut short the process, Government of Uttar Pradesh implemented Family ID – Ek Parivar Ek Pahchan Yojana in the State.
• It was launched in the year 2022.
• Planning Department of Government of Uttar Pradesh is the implementing department of Family ID – Ek Parivar Ek Pahchan Yojana.
• As the meaning is clear from the name, this is the initiative of the Government of Uttar Pradesh to provide a Unique 12 Digit Identification Number to each family of Uttar Pradesh.
• Ek Parivar means “One Family” and Ek Pahchan means “One Identity Card”, which means each beneficiary family has its own identity card.
• Family ID – Ek Parivar Ek Pahchan Yojana is also called “Family ID – One Family One Identity Scheme””” or “Family ID – Ek Parivar Ek Pahchan Scheme”.
• This 12 Digit Unique Family ID will be used by the beneficiary family to avail the welfare schemes of Government of Uttar Pradesh.
• Earlier Family ID – Ek Parivar Ek Pahchan Yojana is known as “Family Welfare Scheme”.
• Beneficiary can use the Family ID to avail the benefit of below mentioned welfare schemes of Government of Uttar Pradesh :-
  • For Pension.
  • Farmer Subsidy and Grant.
  • Scholarship.
  • Skill Development Programs.
  • For Employment Opportunities.
  • Grant to Laborer.
  • And For Other Welfare Schemes.
• Ration Card Holder doesn’t have to apply separately for Family ID – Ek Parivar Ek Pahchan Yojana.
• Beneficiary can download their Family ID Online from the Ek Parivar Ek Pachan Yojana Portal.
• Eligible Beneficiaries can apply for Family ID – Ek Parivar Ek Pahchan Yojana by filling Online Application Form.

Benefits Provided to People Under Scheme

• The following benefits will provided to people of Uttar Pradesh who holds a Unique Family ID under Family ID – Ek Parivar Ek Pahchan Yojana :-
  

  A Unique 12 Digit Family ID will be provided to Beneficiaries. This Unique Family ID will be mandatorily needed to avail the benefit of welfare schemes of Uttar Pradesh Government. Beneficiary can use the Family ID to avail the benefit of below mentioned welfare scheme :- For Pension. Farmer Subsidy and Grant. Scholarship. Skill Development Programs. For Employment Opportunities. Grant to Laborer. And For Other Welfare Schemes.

Eligibility Conditions Required to be Completed

• The following eligibility conditions is required to make a Unique Family ID under Family ID – Ek Parivar Ek Pahchan Yojana :-
  

  Applicant should be a Permanent Resident of Uttar Pradesh.

Documents Required at the Time of Apply

• The following documents is required to make a Family ID in Family ID – Ek Parivar Ek Pahchan Yojana :-
  

  Aadhar Card of Family Members. Family Ration Card. Mobile Number.

How Beneficiary Can Apply for Family ID

• Beneficiary can apply for Unique Family ID by visiting the Family ID – Ek Parivar Ek Pahchan Yojana Portal.
• Beneficiary has to Register themselves first by entering the Name and Mobile Number.
• Mobile Number will be verified through OTP by the Portal.
• After OTP verification, Sign In on the portal by entering Registered Mobile Number.
• After Sign In, Beneficiary has to enter his/ her Aadhar Card in the Online Application Form of Family ID to proceed further.
• After that add family members one by one by entering their Aadhar Numbers.
• After adding all the family members successfully click on submit application button.
• A provisional registration number will be generated by the portal which can be use to Track the Application.
• Verification of Application will be done by the concerned officials.
• After verification, Family ID – Ek Parivar Ek Pahchan will be provided to the beneficiary.
• It is to be noted here that, there is no need to apply afresh for Family ID for Ration Card Holders.
• Their Ration Card number is their Family ID.
• They can directly print their Family ID by registering themselves on the portal.
• Applicant can also check the Application Status of their Family ID – Ek Parivar Ek Pahchan Yojana Application.
