- Aadhar Card of Family Members.
- Family Ration Card.
- Mobile Number.
How Beneficiaries Can Apply to Avail the Benefit of this Scheme
- The beneficiary can apply for a Unique Family ID by visiting the Family ID – Ek Parivar Ek Pahchan Yojana Portal.
- The beneficiary has to Register themselves first by entering their name and Mobile Number.
- Mobile Number will be verified through OTP by the Portal.
- After OTP verification, Sign In on the portal by entering your registered mobile number.
- After Sign In, the beneficiary has to enter his/ her Aadhar Card in the Online Application Form of Family ID to proceed further.
- After that, add family members one by one by entering their Aadhar Numbers.
- After adding all the family members, successfully click on the submit application button.
- A provisional registration number will be generated by the portal which can be used to track the Application.
- Verification of the application will be done by the concerned officials.
- After verification, Family ID – Ek Parivar Ek Pahchan will be provided to the beneficiary.
- It is to be noted here that there is no need to apply afresh for Family ID for Ration Card Holders.
- Their Ration Card number is their Family ID.
- They can directly print their Family ID by registering themselves on the portal.
