  • Right now, there is no Online Application Form is available to apply for the Thayi Card under this Scheme.

    • All the Expenses on Delivery will be borne by the Karnataka Government.
    • Pre and Post Pregnancy Period’s Cost of Treatment is Free of Cost.
    • Free Transportation will also be provided to Pregnant Women from Home to the Hospital.
    • No Money will have to be paid for any Medicines.
    • All the Pre and Post Natal Check are Free of Cost.

Eligibility Conditions Required to be Fulfilled

  • The below-mentioned eligibility conditions are required to be fulfilled to avail the benefit of the Thayi Bhagya Scheme of the Karnataka Government :-
    • The applicant should be a Pregnant woman or a Lactating Mother.
    • Women Beneficiaries should be permanent residents of Karnataka.
    • Women Beneficiaries should belong to the BPL Category.
    • Women Beneficiaries should belong to any of the following caste :-
      • Scheduled Caste.
      • Scheduled Tribe.

  • The following documents are required to avail the benefit and to make a Thayi Card under the Thayi Bhagya Scheme of the Karnataka Government :-
    • Domicile of Karnataka or Any Proof of Residence.
    • Any of the following card :-
      • BPL Card.
      • Ration Card.
    • SC/ ST Caste Certificate.
    • Pregnant Women Aadhar Card.
    • Mobile Number.

How Beneficiaries Can Apply to Avail the Benefit of this Scheme

  • Eligible Pregnant Women Beneficiaries can apply for the Thayi Bhagya Scheme of the Karnataka Government by filling out the Offline Application Form.
  • The offline Application Form of the Thayi Bhagya Scheme is available at any Anganwadi Center.
  • ASHA Worker or Junior Health Officer present at the Anganwadi Center will help the pregnant woman to fill the Application Form of Thayi Bhagya Scheme and get the pregnant lady registered.
  • Then, the Thayi Bhagya Scheme Application along with all the documents, will be forwarded to the Department of Women and Child Welfare for approval.
