Introduction of Hamdard Study Circle Civil Services Coaching Programme
- Proper guidance and coaching is the need of time for the students who are preparing for civil services examination conducted by Union Public Service Commission.
- Delhi Based Hamdard Study Circle provided coaching for civil services examination to the needy students.
- It was set up by Janab Hakeem Abdul Hameed Saheb and Janab Saiyaid Hamid Saheb in 1991.
- The main aim behind setting up this institution is to provide proper guidance and coaching to minority, and backward class students who are preparing for civil service examination.
- Hamdard Study Circle every year select students through all India based entrance examination and prepare them for civil services examination.
- Hamdard Study Circle covers all the 3 stages of examination i.e Preliminary Examination, Mains Examination and Interview of civil services.
- Once the student got selected, he/ she got the below mentioned facilities at the campus of Hamdard Study Circle :-

Entrance Examination Pattern
- The following Entrance Exam Pattern is followed by Hamdard Study Circle to shortlist the candidates for civil services coaching :-
- There are two Question Papers in Hamdard Study Circle Entrance Test :-
- Paper 1 :- General Studies.
- Paper 2 :- CSAT and Essay Writing.
- Paper 3 :- Essay Writing.
- Paper 1 is based on General Studies Questions and consist 100 MCQ Questions of 200 Marks.
- Paper 1 is of 2 Hours duration.
- One Third Marks will be deducted for every wrong answer in Paper 1.
- Paper 2 has CSAT Questions and consists 40 Questions of 100 Marks.
- The time duration for Paper 2 is 1 hour.
- Paper 2 is only of Qualifying Nature.
- Paper 3 has Essay Writing and the time duration is 1 hour.
- Essay Papers will only check of those students who qualify the Paper 1. (Top 700)
- Personality Test of 100 Marks will be conducted for those students who qualify the entrance examination of Hamdard Study Circle.

Application Procedure for Students
- Eligible Applicants can apply for Civil Services Coaching Entrance Exam conducted by Hamdard Study Circle by filling Online Application Form.
- Applicant has to Register themselves first on portal.
- After Registration, Login on the same portal with the Email ID and Chosen Password.
- Fill the personal details, contact details, educational qualification details carefully.
- Upload the scanned photograph and signature.
- Pay the examination fees of Rs. 400/- by using Debit Card or Credit Card.
- Submit the Final Application Form.
- Prepare for the entrance examination.
