  • Eligible Pregnant Women Beneficiaries can apply for Thayi Bhagya Scheme by filling the Offline Application Form.
  • Offline Application Form of Thayi Bhagya Scheme is available at any Anganwadi Centre.
  • ASHA Worker or Junior Health Officer present at Anganwadi Centre will help the pregnant women to fill the Application Form of Thayi Bhagya Scheme and get the pregnant lady registered in Thayi Bhagya Scheme.
  • Then, Thayi Bhagya Scheme Application will be forwarded to Department of Women and Child Welfare for approval.
  • After approval, women beneficiary can collect her ANC Card/ Thayi Bhagya Card from the Anganwadi Centre.
