Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Rajshree Yojana : Investing in Her Tomorrow

Rajshree Scheme was started in the year 2016. Objective of Rajshree Scheme is to improve the infant mortality rate and to stop child killing and early marriage of girls. Introduction of Mukhyamantri Rajshree Yojana

• Rajasthan Government is fully committed to work for the welfare of women and girl child of Rajasthan.
• Lots of scheme is running in whole of Rajasthan which provide direct and indirect benefits to women and their child.
• Mukhyamantri Rajshree Yojana is one of the major welfare scheme of Government of Rajasthan.
• It was started on 1^st of June 2016.
• The main objective behind launching Mukhyamantri Rajshree Yojana is to reduce the infant mortality rate and encourage women of Rajasthan to deliver their child in Government Hospital.
• Rajasthan Government’s Department of Women and Child Development is the nodal department of this scheme.
• Mukhyamantri Rajshree Yojana is a optimistic scheme in nature which also aims to encourage Girl Child of Rajasthan to complete her basic education.
• Financial Assistance of Rs. 50,000/- in 6 Phases will be provided to beneficiaries under Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Rajshree Yojana.
• Rs. 50,000/- will be distributed to beneficiaries in 6 Phases under Mukhyamanti Rajshree Yojana are as follows :-
  • Rs. 2,500/- will be provided at the time of Girl Child Birth.
  • Rs. 2,500/- will be provided when Girl Child completed the age of 1 year.
  • Rs. 4,000/- will be provided when Girl Child take admission in Class 1^st.
  • Rs. 5,000/- will be provided when Girl Child take admission in Class 6^th.
  • Rs. 11,000/- will be provided when Girl Child take admission in Class 10^th.
  • And Rs. 25,000/- will be provided when Girl Child successfully passed Class 12^th.
• This financial assistance will be used by the parents to pay the expenses incurred on Girl Child Education.
• Girl Child born on or after 1^st of June 2016 are only eligible to avail the benefit of financial assistance under Mukhyamantri Rajshree Yojana.
• The birth of Girl Child should be in any Government Hospital or Government Empaneled Private Health Institute.
• It is mandatory for Eligible Beneficiaries to apply for the benefit of Mukhyamantri Rajshree Yojana at the time of birth of a girl child.
• Because there is a clear instruction from the Government of Rajasthan that no financial assistance will be provided to girl child if she is not a recipient of any earlier installment of Mukhyamantri Rajshree Yojana.
• Beneficiaries can apply for financial assistance at the time of Girl Child Birth by filling Offline Application Form available at the Office of Chief Medical Officer.

Benefits Provided to Applicant

• The following financial assistance in 6 phases will be provided to the Girl Child of Rajasthan under Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Rajshree Yojana :-
  

  Phase of Assistance	Amount of Assistance
  At the Time of Birth of a Girl Child	Rs. 2,500/-
  When Girl Child Attain the Age of 1 Year	Rs. 2,500/-
  When Girl Child take Admission in Class 1st	Rs. 4,000/-
  When Girl Child take Admission in Class 6th	Rs. 5,000/-
  When Girl Child take Admission in Class 10th	Rs. 11,000/-
  When Girl Passed Class 12th	Rs. 25,000/-
  Total	Rs. 50,000/-

Eligibility Conditions Set for Beneficiary

• The following eligibility conditions is required to avail the benefit of financial assistance under Mukhyamantri Rajshree Yojana :-
  

  Girl Parents Should be a Permanent Resident of Rajasthan. Birth of a Girl Child Should be on or after 1st of June 2016. Girl Child Should not have more than 1 living sibling. Birth of a Girl Child should be in :- Any Government Hospital. Or in Any Government Empaneled Private Health Institute.

Documents Required at the Time of Apply

• The following documents will be required at the time of applying for Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Rajshree Yojana :-
  

  Aadhar Card or Bhamashah Card of Parents. PCTS Identity Card. Jan Aadhar Card. Residence Proof of Rajasthan. Birth Certificate of a Girl Child. Bank Account Details. Certificate of 2 Living Child. Marksheet of Class 1st, Class 6th, Class 10th and Class 12th is required when Girl Child take benefit at School Level.

How Beneficiary Can Apply

• Eligible Beneficiaries can avail the benefit of financial assistance under Mukhyamantri Rajshree Yojana by applying through Offline Application Form at the time of Girl Child Birth :-
  

  Application Form of Mukhyamantri Rajshree Yojana is available free of cost at the office of Chief Medical Officer of the District. Take a Application Form from the office and fill it correctly. Attach all the required documents with the Application Form. Submit the Application Form of Mukhyamantri Rajshree Yojana along with all the documents at the office of Chief Medical Officer. Application Form and Documents will be thoroughly scrutinized by the concerned officials. After verification, the financial assistance under Mukhyamantri Rajshree Yojana will be transferred in the given band account of beneficiary.
