Introduction of Haryana Deendayal Lado Lakshmi Scheme: A Brief Insight

• BJP led Haryana Government had announced Avval Balika Scheme and a monthly financial assistance scheme named Lado Lakshmi Scheme for women to win the election.
• The main objective behind announcing this scheme is to make women of Haryana financially self-reliant and to ensure social security for them..
• Women and Child Development Department of Haryana Government is going to be the nodal department of this scheme.
• All eligible women will get monthly financial assistance of Rs. 2,100/- under Haryana Government’s Deendayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana.
• Chief Minister of Haryana Shri Nayab Singh Saini announced to launch this scheme in whole of state from 25-09-2025 on the occasion of Birth Anniversary of Shri Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay.
• He further adds that every sister who are 13 years of age more will get the monetary assistance of Rs. 2,100/- per month under Deendayal Lado Lakshmi Scheme.
• Benefits of the scheme is applicable on both married and unmarried women beneficiary.
• Financial Assistance of Rs. 2,100/- per month under Deendayal Lado Laxmi Scheme of Haryana Government will be provided to the applicants of those families whose annual income is not more than Rs. 1,00,000/- per year.
• Deendayal Lado Lakshmi Scheme will going to be implemented in Haryana in phased manner and in next phase government will include other income group applicants also.
• To avail the benefits of Lado Lakshmi Yojana, it is mandatory for applicant to be a resident of Haryana of minimum 15 years.
• Rs. 5,000/- Crore is already allocated by Haryana Government for the year 2025-2026 for smooth implementation of this scheme.
• In the coming days the application process of Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana will be released by the Haryana Government.

Benefits Provided to Eligible Beneficiaries

• Government of Haryana will provide the following benefits to all eligible women of Haryana under its newly announced Deendayal Lado Lakshmi Scheme :-
  • Monthly Financial Assistance will be provided to Women Beneficiary.
  • Rs. 2,100/- per Month under Deen Dayal Lado Laxmi Scheme will be provided.

Eligibility Conditions Required to be Fulfilled

• Financial Assistance of Rs. 2,100/- per month will only be given to those women beneficiaries of Haryana who fulfil the following eligibility conditions of Deendayal Lado Lakshmi Scheme :-
  • Permanent Resident Women of Haryana are Eligible to Apply. (Minimum 15 Year Residence in Haryana)
  • Age of Women Beneficiary should be 13 years or more.
  • The Annual Family Income of Applicant Girl/ Women should not be more than Rs. 1,00,000/- per year
  • No Cap on Number of Applicants in a Family. Each Eligible Women of a Family will receive the financial assistance.
  • If any women is a beneficiary of any other financial assistance scheme of Haryana Government then they are not eligible to apply.

Documents Required to be Attached

• Women Beneficiaries should have the below mentioned documents at the time of applying for monthly assistance of Rs. 2,100/- per month under Deendayal Lado Lakshmi Scheme of Haryana Government :-
  • Parivar Pehchan Patra. (PPP ID)
  • Ration Card.
  • Residence Proof of Haryana.
  • Women Aadhar Card.
  • Mobile Number.
  • Bank Account Details.
  • Income Certificate.

How Beneficiaries Can Apply to Avail the Benefit of this Scheme

• Deendayal Lado Lakshmi Scheme is the pre-election promise of Haryana Government which was promised before the election.
• On 28-08-2025, Chief Minister of Haryana Shri Nayab Singh Saini announced that the Deendayal Lado Lakshmi Scheme will going to be launched on 25-09-2025.
• Concerned department will frame the Guidelines of Deendayal Lado Lakshmi Scheme of Haryana Government.
• So at this stage, Application Procedure of this scheme is not known.
• Haryana Government solely decides the application process and releases it.
• Government can also launched Portal of Haryana Deendayal Lado Lakshmi Scheme if the application process is through Online Application Form.
• And if application will be accepted through Offline, then Offline Application Form will be available without any cost at Anganwadi Centre or Gram Panchayat Office.
• Women Beneficiaries will have to wait little bit till 25-09-2025 in order to apply for this Scheme and avail the benefits of Government of Haryana’s Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Scheme.
