Deendayal Lado Lakshmi Scheme is the pre-poll promise of the BJP-led Haryana Government in which a monthly financial assistance of Rs. 2,100/- per month will be provided to all eligible women beneficiaries of Haryana. This scheme is going to be launched on the 25th of September 2025.

Introduction of Haryana Deendayal Lado Lakshmi Scheme: A Brief Insight

• The BJP-led Haryana Government had announced Avval Balika Scheme and a monthly financial assistance scheme named Lado Lakshmi Scheme (हरियाणा दीनदयाल लाडो लक्ष्मी योजना) for women to win the election.
• The main objective behind announcing this scheme is to make women of Haryana financially self-reliant and to ensure social security for them..
• SEWA (Social Justice, Empowerment, Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Backwards Classes and Antyodaya) Department of the Haryana Government is going to be the nodal department of this scheme.
• All eligible women will get a monthly financial assistance of Rs. 2,100/- under the Haryana Government’s Deendayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana.
• Chief Minister of Haryana Shri Nayab Singh Saini announced to launch this scheme in the whole of the state from 25-09-2025 on the occasion of the Birth Anniversary of Shri Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay.
• He further adds that every sister who is 23 years of age or older will get the monetary assistance of Rs. 2,100/- per month under Deendayal Lado Lakshmi Scheme.
• Benefits of the scheme is applicable on both married and unmarried women beneficiaries.
• Financial Assistance of Rs. 2,100/- per month under Deendayal Lado Laxmi Scheme of Haryana Government will be provided to the applicants of those families whose annual income is not more than Rs. 1,00,000/- per year.
• Deendayal Lado Lakshmi Scheme will be implemented in Haryana in a phased manner and in the next phase, the government will include other income group applicants also.
• To avail the benefits of Lado Lakshmi Yojana, the applicant must be a resident of Haryana for a minimum of 15 years.
• Rs. 5,000/- Crore is already allocated by the Haryana Government for the year 2025-2026 for the smooth implementation of this scheme.
• Online Application is going to be submitted from 25-09-2025 at 11:00 AM through Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Scheme Mobile App (DDLLY APP), which available on the Play Store.
• The beneficiary can also avail the benefit of Har Ghar Har Grihini Yojana of the Haryana Government.
• Haryana Government disbursed the First Installment of Deendayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana on 01-11-2025 in which more than 5 lakh women will receive the amount of Rs. 2,100/-.

Lado Lakshmi Yojana Installment Updates

• Chief Minister of Haryana Shri Nayab Singh Saini Ji transferred the second installment of Deendayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana on 3rd of December 2025.
• CM further states that, till 30-11-2025, around 9,00,592 has already registered on the Lado Lakshmi Yojana Mobile App.
• Out of which, the eligible women beneficiaries are 7,01,965.
• According to government data, out of eligible women, 5,58,346 women beneficiaries received the 2nd installment of Deendayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana.
• The remaining 1,43,619 women beneficiaries Aadhaar KYC is pending on government ends and will completed soon.
• As soon as Haryana Government completed it, the remaining women beneficiaries will also receive the 2nd Installment of Rs. 2,100/- directly in their account.
• Now, Government is planning to transfer the financial assistance of Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana once in 3 months.

Benefits Provided to Eligible Beneficiaries

• Government of Haryana will provide the following benefits to all eligible women of Haryana under its newly announced Deendayal Lado Lakshmi Scheme :-
  • Monthly Financial Assistance will be provided to the Women Beneficiaries.
  • Rs. 2,100/- per Month under Deen Dayal Lado Laxmi Scheme will be provided.

Eligibility Conditions Required to be Fulfilled

• Financial Assistance of Rs. 2,100/- per month will only be given to those women beneficiaries of Haryana who fulfil the following eligibility conditions of Deendayal Lado Lakshmi Scheme :-
  • Permanent Resident Women of Haryana are Eligible to Apply. (Minimum 15 Year Residence in Haryana)
  • The age of the Women Beneficiary should be 23 years or more.
  • The Annual Family Income of the Applicant Girl/Woman should not be more than Rs. 1,00,000/- per year
  • No Cap on Number of Applicants in a Family. Each Eligible woman of a Family will receive the financial assistance.
  • If any woman is a beneficiary of any other financial assistance scheme of the Haryana Government, then they are not eligible to apply.
  • Applicants who are Income Tax Payees are not eligible to apply.

Ineligibility/ Exclusion Criteria of the Scheme

• If a woman of the State is already receiving the financial assistance under any of the below-mentioned social financial assistance schemes of the Haryana Government then she is not eligible to apply for the monthly assistance of Rs. 2,100/- under Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Scheme :-
  

  Old Age Samman Allowance Scheme. Ladli Social Security Allowance Scheme. Haryana Allowance to Dwarf. Financial Assistance to Widows and Destitute Women Rules. The Haryana Divyang Financial Assistance Rules 2025. Financial Assistance to Kashmiri Migrant Families. Financial Assistance to Widower and Unmarried Persons Scheme 2023. Financial Assistance to Women and Girl Acid Attack Victims. Haryana Gaurav Samman Scheme for the Padma Awardees. Any other financial assistance schemes of the Government.

Documents Required to be Attached

• Women Beneficiaries should have the following documents at the time of applying for the monthly assistance of Rs. 2,100/- per month under the Deendayal Lado Lakshmi Scheme of Haryana Government :-
  • Parivar Pehchan Patra. (PPP ID)
  • Ration Card.
  • Residence Proof of Haryana.
  • Women’s Aadhar Card.
  • Mobile Number.
  • Bank Account Details.
  • Income Certificate.

How Beneficiaries Can Apply to Avail the Benefit of this Scheme

• Haryana Government is going to accept Online Applications under Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana through a digital app named “Lado Lakshmi App” which is developed by Department of IT, Electronics and Communication.
• Deendayal Lado Lakshmi Mobile App is released by the Government of Haryana and available on Google Play Store.
• Visit the Google Play Store and Download the Deendayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana Mobile App.
  
• Women applicants will have to fill out their Online Application Form of Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana through this DDLLY Mobile App only.
  
• Open the Mobile App and Enter your Mobile Number.
  
• Mobile Number of the Women Applicant will be verified through OTP authentication.
  
• Select Apply for the Scheme from the Mobile App Dashboard.
  
• Beneficiary Women Applicant will have to fill in the personal details, Aadhaar details of herself and family members, residence certificate, Income Declaration, PPP ID, electricity connection details, ownership of vehicles and bank account details.
• Registration ID of Lado Laxmi Yojana will be generated by the Mobile App after successful submission of the application form.
• Submitted Details of the Women Applicant will be forwarded to the Citizen Resources and Information Department (CRID) for verification.
• CRID will verify the details of the Applicant within 15 days from the PPP database.
• List of eligible women beneficiaries of Lado Laxmi Yojana of Haryana Government will be generated by CRID after verification and an SMS will be sent to the applicant to choose the amount they wish to avail under the Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana 2025.
• CRID will then share the scheme beneficiary details with the SEWA Department. (Social Justice, Empowerment, Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes and Antyodaya Department)
• SEWA Department will then generate a DDLLY ID of each eligible woman.
• Financial Assistance of Rs. 2,100/- will then be transferred directly to the bank account of the woman beneficiary as promised by the Haryana Government under Deendayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana.
• All eligible beneficiaries must submit a Liveness Certificate every month on the Lado Lakshmi App through face authentication.
  
• Lado Lakshmi Mobile App will have a Grievance Redressal Mechanism through which they can file a grievance regarding the scheme.
  
• Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana Grievance/ Complaint will be entertained by the District Social Welfare Officer.

How to Check Lado Lakshmi Yojana Installment Payment Status

• Women Beneficiaries of Deendayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana can check every installment payment status online.
• Department of Social Justice and Empowerment Department has a dedicated pension portal through which the beneficiary can check their payment status.
• Visit the Pension Portal and Click on “आधार/ पेंशन आईडी/ खाता संख्या से विवरण देखें।”
  
• A new window will appear in which women beneficiary will have enter their Pension ID or Account Number or Aadhaar Number and Click on View Details.
  
• Portal will show the complete installment payment details of Deendayal Lado Lakshmi Scheme of the Haryana Government on the screen of the women beneficiary.
• Through with this very portal, beneficiaries can also check the List of Beneficiaries of Deendayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana with the help of Beneficiary ID, Beneficiary Name or Account Number.
