• The applicant has not completed 21 years of age or is already 60 years or older.
• The family’s yearly income is more than ₹2.5 lakh.
• The household owns a private four-wheeler vehicle.
• Any member of the family is a Government employee or an Income Tax payer.
• The applicant is already receiving a Government pension or another recurring financial assistance that is not permitted along with this scheme.
• The mandatory requirement of residing in Delhi for 10 years is not fulfilled.
• The applicant has more than three living children.
• The household records annual electricity consumption exceeding 2,400 units.
